Process
Starting a project from scratch usually involves custom design, coordinating documentation, and managing information across builders, council, and consultants.
When you select one of our base models, much of this work is already resolved. We adapt the design to your site, confirm planning requirements, and prepare builder-ready documentation through a clear, step-by-step process.
Step 1
Choose a base module
Select a base model (50 / 70 / 90 sqm) to anchor scope, layout logic, and indicative budget early.
Step 2
Fit check and adjustments
A short fit-check call to confirm site location, budget range, and whether this system is suitable. Minor adjustments and constraints are discussed at a high level before proceeding.
Step 3
Planning-ready documentation
We adapt the selected module to your site and prepare planning-ready drawings, typically within 7–14 days.
Documentation is structured to support early builder pricing and planning assessment..
Step 4
Building Permit documentation
Once planning approval is confirmed, we prepare the Building Permit documentation and coordinate with required consultants (engineering, energy, bushfire where applicable).
Step 5
Construction support
Following permit approval, the project moves into construction with builder coordination as required. Any additional detailing or construction-stage support is scoped separately.

The following ranges are indicative only and depend on site conditions, selected finishes, and builder pricing. We support you in adapting the selected module for accurate pricing with your builder.

Builder-ready documentation fees
Typical builder-ready documentation fees fall between $6k and $8k, depending on module size and site conditions.
This covers a defined scope with controlled revisions.Additional design exploration, alternative layouts, or bespoke requests are scoped and priced separately.
